We lay the fence out on the property line, check for utilities before digging, set the posts, and build the panels and gates on site so they hang square and swing clean.

What the price depends on
We do not publish a rate for this, because a number with no yard attached to it is a guess. These are the things that actually move it:
Linear feet and height
How many gates, and how wide
The ground. A fence line running across a slope has to step, which takes longer
Post spacing, and whether posts hit roots or rock going in
Whether an old fence comes out first
We measure all of it on site. The written quote comes back with the scope, the materials and one price for the whole job, so you are comparing a number to a number rather than one guess to another.
Questions about this work
Do I need a permit or a survey?
Rules vary by city and by neighborhood covenants, and some require a permit or a setback from the line. A survey is the only way to be sure where the line is; if you have one, bring it to the site visit. We flag anything that applies before quoting.
What fence styles do you install?
Wood privacy fence is the bulk of the work. If you have another style in mind, ask — we will tell you whether it is something we do.
Will the fence survive a hurricane?
No fence is guaranteed against a direct hit, but deep concrete-set posts and solid fastening are what keep a fence standing through the ordinary Gulf storms, and that is how we build.
