Privacy policy

Short version: we use what you send us to quote your project and talk to you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your job.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form on this site, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your project address or ZIP code, and whatever you write in the description box. That is all of it. We do not ask for payment details, and the form never will.

When you call or email us directly, we keep whatever you tell us in that conversation for the same reasons.

Form submissions are delivered to the system we use to track quote requests and follow-ups. It holds that information on our behalf and under our instructions, and it is not allowed to use it for anything else.

What we do with it

• Call or email you back about your project, usually within one business day.
• Work out a quote, which usually means visiting the address you gave us.
• Order materials and schedule the work if you hire us.
• Follow up afterward to make sure the job is right.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to marketing companies. If someone else has to be on site for part of your job — an electrician for a gas fire pit or an outdoor outlet, say — they get the address and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept for about two years in case you come back to the project. Records for jobs we completed are kept longer because record-keeping rules and warranty questions require it.

This website

The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. It is served over an encrypted connection.

Your choices

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on their property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
